Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
The AES Basic optimises the emptying of water systems in recreational vehicles, which often do not dry completely. It is installed directly behind the fresh water tank and uses a compressor to efficiently remove water residues from all pipes. Compatible with submersible pump systems, you can easily install it yourself. With a gentle operating pressure of around 1.5 bar, it helps keep hose connections, taps and the boiler intact.
