Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
Water systems in recreational vehicles are rarely completely emptied. The AES Comfort helps with completely drying the pipes. The small system is placed directly behind the fresh water tank and uses a compressor to clear all water pipes. It is particularly suitable for systems with a pressure or a submersible pump and you can easily retrofit it yourself. The compressor operates at a low pressure of about 1.5 bar and, due to the pressure regulator for up to 12 bar, the AES Comfort does not damage hose connections, taps or the boiler.
