The CARASAVE® alarm control unit POWERBOX 2.0 is the perfect solution to reliably power your alarm system even in challenging situations. Thanks to three integrated voltage inputs, the Powerbox allows for autonomous operation of your alarm control unit, even when no RV or supply battery is available. Particularly in the case of "shore power monitoring", the POWERBOX 2.0 proves to be an indispensable backup power source.

Even in places without shore power (230 V) or RV battery, the Powerbox provides a secure power supply. Unlike conventional power banks, the POWERBOX 2.0 does not switch off, even with minimal power consumption – ideal for permanent monitoring systems.

Versatility and performance

The Powerbox features a USB-C charging port and is compatible with numerous mobile device chargers. Be it with Micro-USB or USB-C connection, you have the choice. The powerful Li-ion battery with a capacity of 10 Ah delivers a constant output power of 5 V, ideal for the long-lasting operation of your alarm system. An integrated charger ensures that the battery is fully charged in just 4 – 5 hours.

Safe and reliable

Thanks to built-in short circuit, overload and discharge protection, the POWERBOX 2.0 is optimally protected. A 2.5 A screw fuse additionally protects against overload. The operating temperature ranges from -15 to +55 °C, ensuring that the Powerbox functions reliably even in extreme environments.
