Active plug & play sound system especially customised for motorhomes. It consists of a compact amplifier with integrated DSP and a subwoofer. The amplifier optimises the sound of the speakers in the vehicle and powers the high-performance subwoofer. The sound processor (DSP) optimises installation-related weaknesses in high-frequency reproduction. The subwoofer provides a downwardly enhanced bass reproduction while simultaneously relieving the speakers of the low frequencies. The result is a much clearer, more vibrant sound image and a completely new, convincing sound experience that allows music to be enjoyed even at low volumes. The 6-channel amplifier models use a high-pass filter with optimised frequency response to drive any speakers in the living area. Therefore, these speakers sound more dynamic too. The plug & play wiring kit enables quick and easy installation; separate connections to the vehicle are not required. The subwoofer is usually installed beneath the front passenger seat or the driver's seat. If not enough space is available, installation in another location is also possible (e.g. behind the driver's seat instead of the cover). If required, a 2 m extension cable CAZ100L (item no. 72 748) is optionally available.

Sound Systems for Fiat Ducato
Sound systems configured for Fiat Ducato. The basic versions for the driver's cab (CAS200D / CAS201D / CAS207D / CAS215D) consist of a 4-channel amplifier with integrated DSP sound processor and a subwoofer. The extended versions for the driver's cab and living area (CAS204D / CAS208D) include a 6-channel amplifier, a subwoofer and 2 compact speakers, which can be integrated very easily thanks to 3 supplied housing variants for flush, surface and corner mounting. Models CAS207D and CAS208D are specially designed for vehicles with front installed or to be installed Caratec Audio CAK1650.DU speakers (item no. 72 749). With the basic versions, any existing loudspeakers installed in the body are still driven by the radio.
