The LILIE pipe connection system GrauGELB® 40 mm with double O-ring connects pipe, ball valve and sleeves not only quickly and easily, but also securely and tightly. O-ring 1 is fixed in the outer ring grooves of the pipe ends. O-ring 2 is located in the inner ring grooves of the valve body and the sleeves. When the pipe end is inserted, the two O-rings engage in the respective complementary groove on the other component. The double O-ring seals and simultaneously secures the connection. The connection stays flexible, so that it can be readjusted. In contrast to the commonly used gluing, the connection can be loosened and reassembled if necessary. Stress cracks are avoided as well. All of the connectors shown can also simply be plugged onto the pipe.

- Anti-blocking automatic: The motor is automatically switched off after 3 unsuccessful closing attempts and is thus protected against overheating or damage.
- High flow rate: The flow rate is optimised in many ways. Shape, opening and material result in a high flow rate.
- High-performance drive: A powerful servomotor specially developed for this purpose drives the opening and closing mechanism with 7 Nm via a special gear.
- Remotely controllable: conveniently controlled. With a changeover switch, the valves are connected in such a way that operation is only possible when the motor is switched off.
- Repetitive closing: A sensor detects obstacles during closing and stops the drive automatically. The system then automatically opens fully again and closes again with momentum.
