Place the Kochblume on the pot instead of the lid, which prevents boiling water from overflowing, for example, when cooking pasta, rice or milk. Instead of watching the water bubble, you can already attend to the next task or simply put your feet up and relax! As soon as the water is about to boil over, the cycle begins: the water froths up, rises through the flexible bloom and flows back into the pot through the special shape of the Kochblume.
The Kochblume is also ideal for gentle steaming. In addition to all these practical advantages, it can also be used as a splash guard on a pan, in the oven or in the microwave. This way, you avoid annoying grease splatters on the stove and your fried food will be guaranteed to be crispy.
