The Booster WA 121525 is perfect for charging 12 V lead-acid, lead-gel, AGM and lithium batteries while driving (independent of the alternator's voltage). For alternators with energy-saving charging strategies (Euro 6), the application of a booster is required as the charging voltage is especially volatile (12.6 V to 15.0 V). With standard alternators, battery charging in the living area is also improved by the application of the booster WA 121525. With AGM batteries that require a charging voltage of 14.7 V, the use of a booster is indispensable. The booster WA 121525 is a clocked step-up/step-down converter making up for the volatile alternator voltage and provides a high charging current.
