The cast-iron pan with integrated stainless steel grid offers a wide range of uses. Roast larger pieces of meat or even a whole chicken. You can also remove the grid and prepare a stew or a crumble cake. The pan has high walls to minimise splashing and preserve the juices for preparing sauces. Non-drip pouring is made possible by the side spout and the large handles provide extra stability when lifting the full pan.
