Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
The elliptical compression lock STS with STS bushing and mounting plate is particularly easy to operate and suitable for wall thicknesses up to 50 mm. When the handle is turned by 180°, the latch pulls the hatch against the seal (clamping distance: 6 mm). The locking cylinder inserts are made of plastic or zamak and are suitable for STS, Zadi and HSC plug-in cylinders. Corrosion-protected and absolutely waterproof.
