Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
Both compressor cooler drawers TB16 and TB30 have been designed in such a way that existing drawers inside the vehicle can be used ideally. The compressor unit can be detached and installed flexibly near the cooler drawer. The installation of the drawer itself can be done from the interior with the handy Easy Fix system, with 2 optional front flanges or, if no built-in cabinet is in place, also via 4 L-shaped brackets to the ground.
