E-Pressure

With the E-Trailer app and the specially developed sensors for retrofitting to any recreational vehicle, owners of caravans and motorhomes can always keep an eye on the condition of their holiday homes with their smartphone.

The E-Trailer solution consists of three elements: a central base station, the sensor modules for the respective tasks and the E-Trailer app on the smartphone. Only the base station needs to be connected to the 12 V power circuit of the caravan or motorhome. All other modules communicate wirelessly with the E-Connect base station.

To use the E-Track&Trace function and future sensor modules with internet-based remote access, an internet subscription is required, which can be taken out directly in the E-Trailer app at a price of 99.95 euros per year.

The correct tyre pressure is essential for the driving safety of all vehicles in road traffic. The E-Pressure module therefore measures the pressure in the tyres of your caravan or motorhome and transmits the value to your smartphone. For this purpose, special valve caps in which the sensors and a small battery for power supply are located are screwed onto the tyres. In the E-Trailer app, you can define threshold values so that you are notified if the tyre pressure is too low or the tyre temperature too high. The app then sounds the alarm before the tyres are damaged. The E-Pressure module is available in a caravan version for two tyres and in a motorhome version for four tyres. When both modules are combined, the E-Trailer system can monitor the pressure in up to six tyres.
