E-Switch

With the E-Trailer app and the specially developed sensors for retrofitting to any recreational vehicle, owners of caravans and motorhomes can always keep an eye on the condition of their holiday homes with their smartphone.

The E-Trailer solution consists of three elements: a central base station, the sensor modules for the respective tasks and the E-Trailer app on the smartphone. Only the base station needs to be connected to the 12 V power circuit of the caravan or motorhome. All other modules communicate wirelessly with the E-Connect base station.

To use the E-Track&Trace function and future sensor modules with internet-based remote access, an internet subscription is required, which can be taken out directly in the E-Trailer app at a price of 99.95 euros per year.

Its sensors indicate whether windows and skylights are open or closed. Open skylights in particular can tear off while driving and endanger others on the road. If you start driving with an open skylight or window, an alarm sounds on your smartphone as soon as the vehicle starts rolling. You can then close the skylight or window before you set off. The E-Switch module contains sensors for two skylights or windows. It can be expanded as desired with additional E-Switch modules for even more windows and skylights. You can assign a comprehensible name to each window, door and skylight with E-Switch in the app.
