The 2-stage filter combines a hollow fibre membrane with activated carbon, reliably removing bacteria, protozoa and unpleasant taste. With a flow rate of up to 2 litres per minute, fresh water is available in no time.
When using water from a clear mountain stream, the activated carbon pad can be simply omitted to enjoy the original taste. Conversely, the activated carbon reduces unwanted flavours from tap water, ensuring that the water tastes good.
A sturdy carrying handle makes it easy to attach to a backpack with a carabiner or rope, while the stable flip-cap closure prevents leaks – even under demanding conditions. The proven BeFree EZ-Clean Membrane™ allows for quick cleaning without additional accessories: simply shake or swirl in water to remove deposits and ensure long filter performance.
