Installation set water treatment M (UV/activated carbon): for pure and safe drinking water on the go
The installation set water treatment M including Reinguard and Keimguard offers high water quality – perfect for camping, motorhome trips and other applications where pure drinking water is essential.
Reinguard – for clean and fresh water
The Reinguard reliably removes microplastics, heavy metals, pesticides, pharmaceutical residues, hormones and unpleasant flavours such as chlorine. The powerful activated carbon filter can purify up to 6000 litres of water, depending on water quality. For sediment-laden or cloudy water, pre-filtration with a sediment filter is recommended.
Keimguard – for hygienically pure water
The Keimguard disinfects the filtered water using innovative UVC LED technology. These durable LEDs come from a leading manufacturer in Japan and provide reliable protection for up to 10,000 hours.
The module operates optimally with a water flow of about 2 litres per minute, allowing you to enjoy the water directly from the tap – hygienic like boiled water and cold. The specific wavelength of the LEDs damages the DNA of germs and bacteria, preventing their reproduction.
Attention:
Please note that when using lithium-ion batteries, voltage spikes above 14.5 V or 26.5 V may occur. To protect the UVC module, the installation of a DC-DC converter is recommended.
Overvoltage damage to the module does not constitute a reason for complaint and is excluded from the warranty!
