Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
Only for use on caravans with tandem chassis and in combination with hydraulic jacks (min. load capacity 2000 kg, bottle ø 28 – 40 mm, head flat or grooved). Lifting height: 190 mm.
