The TBB Power M12-100/P (“Power”) is the latest development from TBB. The lithium iron phosphate batteries use state-of-the-art cells produced in-house. This ensures consistent product quality. Although the design deviates somewhat from the angular exterior of a standard battery, it is a classic LN4 housing. This means that not only can two batteries be installed under the front seats of most motorhomes, but there is also space for a charging booster or solar charge controller.
Compact design with flexible installation options
The battery is extremely compact and lightweight and comes as standard with a heating element that enables charging at outside temperatures down to -30 °C. The modern battery management system (BMS), also developed by TBB Power specifically for this battery, is equipped with a special control software precisely tailored to the battery. This allows for the most efficient use of the battery. The BMS features RS485, CAN and Link interfaces. Thus, the battery can be actively integrated into TBB systems.
Customisable interfaces for seamless integration
The BMS is intentionally not equipped with a Bluetooth module, as this would only display the values of a single battery when multiple batteries are used in parallel. Instead, it has an interface to which the MEH-B display can be connected. This panel features a Bluetooth interface and allows the representation of all batteries as a single system. It also includes many other useful functions such as a main battery switch and a simple and clear display. For those who do not want a display, the battery can also be upgraded with Bluetooth functionality using the DTU Bluetooth dongle. The TBB Power M12-100/P can be operated as a single lithium iron phosphate battery or in parallel with up to eight batteries. Series connection is not possible.
Safe and robust housing for long-term use
The plastic housing is significantly more robust than that of conventional batteries, ensuring safe operation. Due to the screwed housing, simple repairs are possible in case of a fault. Furthermore, at the end of the battery's service life, the recycling process is significantly simplified.

The TBB Power M12-100/P is certified according to UN ECE R10.06 and thus meets all European regulations for motor vehicles.
