According to DVGW Worksheet G 607 "Liquid gas systems in inhabited recreational vehicles and for residential purposes in other road vehicles – operation and testing", pressure regulators, among others, must be replaced no later than 10 years after the date of manufacture. If the operating pressure of the system is 30 mbar, a regulator according to EN 16129 Appendix D must be used when replacing the regulator in accordance with G 607. For liquid gas systems in vehicles with an operating pressure of 50 mbar, there is protection of the existing standard. There is no obligation to convert to 30 mbar.

Information for use of caravan regulators
According to DVGW G607 "LNG facilities in populated recreational vehicles and accommodation purposes in other road vehicles – operation and testing,“ pressure regulators must be exchanged for new ones at least 10 years after date of manufacture.
If the operating pressure of the system 30 mbar, the „old“ regulator is to exchange against a regulator DIN EN 12864, Appendix D (310/711, 310/712, 310/713).
If the operating pressure of the system is 30 mbar, the "old" regulator must be replaced with a regulator according to DIN EN 12864.Liquid gas systems in vehicles with an operating pressure of 50 mbar are protected.
There is no obligation to convert to 30 mbar.
