The AVIC-Z1000DAB media centre was specially developed for integration in the dashboard of motorhomes and combines wireless smartphone connectivity with offline navigation. It provides detailed data on over 20,000 parking spaces from the Promobil portfolio, integrates into the on-board electronics and also controls the optional SDA-HU100 head-up display (Fiat Ducato 7 and 8 only). Thanks to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, iPhones and Android smartphones can be operated wirelessly via the capacitive 9’ screen of the AVIC-Z1000DAB. The special motorhome navigation takes into account the dimensions and weight of the vehicle. A prominently positioned control element with rotary control and button for direct camera switching provides access to the most important functions - without having to operate the touch panel.
