Simple and sturdy design
Using the Omnia is simple and does not require installation. The tried and tested oven is suitable for almost any stove (not suitable for induction stoves).
Material: steel sheet/aluminium. Volume capacity: approx. 2 l.
Three parts
Omnia consists of three parts. The aluminium mould, into which the ingredients or the dough are placed, resembles a round cake mould with a hole in the middle. A special stainless steel base is located beneath it. The aluminium lid has small air holes and is high enough so that the bread or cake can rise properly.
Top and bottom heat
The heat of the oven is transported to the bread or pastries by convection and thanks to the oven's shape, there is both top and bottom heat. The special base frame is shaped like a bowl and forms an air gap between the frame and the bottom of the aluminium mould. Warm air in the air gap heats the bottom side of the mould and thus creates bottom heat. Due to the hole in both the base frame and the round aluminium mould, the warm air passes through the construction and is reflected off the lid to create top heat. Not suitable for food with a high acid and/or salt content. Not dishwasher-safe.
