This keeps the heat inside the oven and the outside remains cold. Glass door opens upwards, installation location at the top. Cleaning is easy thanks to concealed burner elements and smooth surfaces. Capacity measures 25 litres, with the size of a conventional 20-litre oven. Internal and external ventilation is possible.
