Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
The OVP 01 surge protection device protects 230 V devices during surges and undervoltages. It is connected between the mains supply and the Schaudt devices that need protection. During a surge, the device disconnects the connected devices from the 230 V mains within milliseconds. The devices remain disconnected until the mains voltage is back to normal. Delivery includes an IEC extension.
