Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
The Pro series is available with DVD player in 19" and 22", it is equipped with receivers for DVB-T2 HD and DVB-S2 and a CD/ DVD player (insertion and operation from the right). The devices have a wide-angle display and are equipped with over- and undervoltage protection. The control for Caratec Smart-D satellite antennas simplifies their operation significantly. Moreover, a fixed level connection for sound transfer to radio sets and navigation systems is integrated. The devices are equipped with panels free of pixel errors according to EN ISO 9241-307.
