Current information: Toll for vans over 3.5 t – special regulation for motorhomes
From 1 July 2024, vans weighing 3.5 t or more will be subject to a toll.
However, motorhomes with fixed furniture are exempt, provided they are only used to transport passengers.
There may be problems with lorries with box bodies that have been converted into motorhomes. In this case, voluntary registration with registration certificate part I, photos of the interior and information on use is possible. This is initially valid for two years and can be extended.
The 3 m strap contains a highly durable steel core wire, which prevents cutting. Its lockable aluminium strap buckle has a protective cover to avoid scratches and marks. It is possible to tighten the strap in both when open and locked.
